pet free grounds

The Bella Vista Motel has a zero tolerance policy on any pets in rooms and on grounds. Upon reserving accommodations customers agree to our no pet policy. If the policy is violated, a non-refundable $500 cleaning charge will be made to the credit card on file. Customers found with pets on the property will be asked to leave the premises with no warning or completion of stay.

non smoking establishment

All Bella Vista Motel rooms are non smoking rooms. Smoking is permitted once a guest is at least 50 feet away from any room or cottage on the Bella Vista Motel grounds. A $250 non-refundable cleaning charge will be made to the credit card on file if customers are found smoking of any kind if their motel rooms.

cancellation & refunds

In order to cancel accommodations at the Bella Vista Motel with no charge, motel rooms must be cancelled 48 hours prior and cottage reservations must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to arrival date. Failure to cancel within the required cancellation window will result in a full or partial payment of your reservation.

At the time of booking, the Bella Vista Motel takes a credit card to hold on file. No charges will be made until check-in.
