the Cottages

The Bella Vista Motel offers fully stocked cottages to act as a home-base for your adventures. All accommodations are stocked with toiletries and towels. Cottage rentals require a two-night minimum stay. All cottages are non-lakefront, but are a short walk to public water access. The grounds of the Bella Vista Motel are non-smoking and do not allow pets.

Cottage 1

Contains two queen beds, a full kitchen and living room area. The kitchen holds an oven, stove, toaster, microwave, refrigerator and counter space. This cottage has an outdoor deck with seating and a charcoal grill.

Cottage 2

One queen bed studio cottage with a kitchen area stocked with a two burner hot plate, counter space, refrigerator, toaster and microwave. This cabin is a studio style cabin with a sitting and eating area.

One queen bed, and in a separate bedroom, one full bed and one twin bed. This cottage is equipped with a kitchen area stocked with a four burner stove and oven, counter space, refrigerator, toaster, microwave and coffeemaker. This cottage also has an eating and sitting area with a full-sized pullout couch for additional sleeping room. Outside of this cottage is a wood deck with outdoor seating and a charcoal grill.
